At Pink Desert, we want you to love your purchase, but we understand things don't always work out. We offer returns for store credit within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items in their original condition.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the pre-paid return shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and securely package your items.
Drop Off Package
Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location within 7 days of generating the label.
Receive Store Credit
Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, you will receive an electronic gift card via email for the full refund amount minus shipping fees.
